OQ® Family is the product line of

Our measures are designed to detect change. Detecting
change as a result of any intervention has been an elusive task for
researchers and professionals alike. Historically instruments have failed to
detect change because the measures used were designed for diagnostic or
other purposes. All outcome measurement products in the OQ® Family are
designed to detect treatment effectiveness regardless of treatment modality,
diagnosis or discipline of the treating professional. The measures also
function well as screening tools in primary care settings, employee
assistance programs as well as in behavioral healthcare practices.
Notice to Customers:
In January of 2005 the company changed its name from American Professional Credentialing Services
(APCS) to OQ Measures and we are currently working on updating the marketing materials for the
OQ Family of instruments to include the latest research and information. In the near future we will have
a new website with updated information on both our paper-product outcome measures as well as our
new 3rd generation software product called OQ Analyst for electronic administration and scoring of
OQ®-45.2, Y-OQ®-2.01 and Y-OQ®-2.0 SR. You can still order our paper-product measures
